At Punta Cana Airport (PUJ):

We have a counter inside the Terminal A, where you’ll be able to do all the procedure on your arrival. The counter is the first one and has the number #9. It is identified with our logo.

At Terminal B you will see all the counters on your left once you are getting outside the terminal. Our counter is the number #21.

If our representative is not at the counter, please wait a moment until he comes back, he should be taking another clients to their vehicle.

At all other airports:

Our driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with DominicanPlus on it by the exit of the terminal.

Please look for our driver in the lobby area at the same place you were dropped off. He will be holding a sign which says “DominicanPlus” on it. The minivan will have a sign wich may say “Tracking Dominicana” on it.
We are very proud to announce our alliance with “BD Travel”, one of the top destination management company in Punta Cana. The representatives of BD Travel provide assistance for our clients in the hotels. The uniform of the representatives is: a shirt or blouse with sleeves navy blue with a red stripe on the shoulders and logo BD Travel in the front and back, as well as, navy blue pants or skirt. During the welcome meeting with your representative, they will provide the best guidance in excursions and activities you can do in Punta Cana and around, to make the most of your time and money.
You can make any changes you want to your reservation. Just contact us via email. Changes to the pickup time on departure are free of charges until 07:30 p.m. of the day before of the transfer.
It is not a good idea to change your money at the airport. Anyways, the actual exchange rate must be around US$1.00 = RD$45.00 more or less.
There is no need to inform us if your flight comes earlier or gets delayed. We monitor your flight and we’ll wait for you.
On arrival:

Once you arrive you will go through customs and immigration, this could take you around 30 minutes. So, the pickup time should be around 30 minutes after landing. Anyways, we have our representatives at the airport all the time, so any time you arrive you will be welcomed.

On departure:

You set your pickup time during the booking process. Airlines recommend you should arrive at the airport between 2 or 3 hours before your flight’s scheduled departure time. We recommend that you should set the pickup time 2 hours + the estimated driving time before your flight’s scheduled departure time. Airline counters in the Dominican Republic normally open 3 hours before a flight and close 1 hour before a flight for international flights.

You can make your payment via PayPal once you book, or you can pay by cash upon arrival. The latter is available if you are arriving in Punta Cana airport only. For tours and excursions you need to pay in advance via PayPal.
Cancellation Policy for Private Transfers: If cancelled more than 12 hours before your scheduled arrival time or pick up time at the hotel there is no penalty – we will refund your money – no questions asked. If you experience problems with your flight itinerary, connection flights etc., we will adapt to your needs (pick you up later or at a different airport etc.) or refund your money in case you just cannot make it because of flight cancellations etc.. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your scheduled arrival time or pick up time at the hotel we will refund 60 %. We will NOT REFUND in case of “NO SHOW” (No Show means that we expect the client at the airport or at the hotel and client just doesn’t show up without any prior notice) – till now we never had to charge any cancellations fees for our transfers from anybody!
